In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may change from time to time without notice.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and any/all Agreement: “Client,” “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting WuduGear’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us” refer to WuduGear, Inc.. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to transactions that are necessary to meeting the Client’s needs in relation to the Company’s offered products/services. Use of the terminology above or other words in the singular, plural, and/or he/she/they, are interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to maintaining high levels of security and protecting your personal privacy. Authorized employees within the company, manufacturers, and suppliers will use information collected from customers only for the purpose of satisfying orders. Google Analytics and other applications are used to collect anonymous data for the sole purpose of improving customer experience. We constantly review and update our systems and data to ensure the best possible service for our customer. We will investigate all unauthorized actions against computer systems and data with a view to prosecute and/or take legal action to recover damages against the responsible parties.

Intellectual Property/Copyright Policy
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all content relating to our services and full content of this website. Use of our website constitutes agreement of our terms and conditions.

Payment
Payments made for all services and products are in USD and can be paid with most major credit/debit cards, Paypal, money orders or certified checks. All goods remain the property of WuduGear.com until paid for in full.

Tax Policy
Orders made within New York State are subject to state sales tax. Customers without tax exemption, who ship their order to a  New York State address, will have the sales tax automatically applied to the purchase. All resale customers require a resale certificate and tax-ID on file to make tax-exempt purchases. Duty charges for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Terms
The term “delivery” refers to the time when an order is delivered by the carrier to the shipping address on the order. We ship all orders, if available, within 1-2 business days. Large quantities may be back ordered. Please allow 5-7 business days to deliver within the United States and more time outside of the US.

Changes & Cancellations Policy
Orders are processed very shortly after they are placed to ensure the timely delivery of goods. Changes or cancellations are generally not possible. Please contact us immediately if such a request is required. Any changes or cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and/or delay of delivery. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to make all final decisions.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. In order to accept a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Item has not been worn, except to try on.
  2. Item has not been washed.
  3. Item is in new condition with original packaging.
  4. Item RMA is requested within 14 days from the date of receipt and received no later than 5 days from RMA.

There are two easy ways to return your items.

Method #1

  1. Use the Request RMA button in your My Account area for eligble orders. (See below)
  2. On this page you will see an order summary and the status of any active RMAs. Click Requst RMA again. 
  3. Here you will be prompted to enter additional details about the return.
  4. Your RMA will be generated instantly. Please include the RMA on the outside or inside of your box. Returns sent without an RMA will be rejected. Please also provide a tracking number here once you ship your return.

Method #2

OR use the return form here. Enter in your name, order number, email address, item, size, color, and the reason for your return/exchange. You will then be issued a return authorization number.

Once we have received the item(s) and verified return eligibility, a refund will be issued or exchange will be processed. Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the item(s). A restocking fee of up to 20% may be required. You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your return/exchange, and any potential adjustments once we have processed the return. No refunds on sale items, size exchange only.

WuduGear does not refund shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order, and you’ve returned items causing the value of the original order to fall below $110 (or below your specific promotion), you will be charged for the original shipping costs.

Please ship the return item(s) via UPS, Fedex, or USPS Priority, and be sure to retain and provide us with the tracking number. WuduGear is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Notification of Changes
The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time at its discretion and continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a transaction indicates your understanding, agreement to, and acceptance of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
